Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Personalized, engraved and custom pieces are made just for you and are final sale.

To start a return, write to vip@mimimarmo.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid, insured label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your piece is back in the studio, usually within 5 business days.
