Our pieces

Every piece is designed in Malibu and made in solid 14k gold with natural gemstones, lab-grown diamonds or hand-strung beads as described on its page. Because many pieces are made by hand and to order, small variations in stone color, bead pattern and finish are part of their character and are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel an order; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation.

Personalization

Please check spelling and letter choices carefully before ordering. Engraved, initial and custom pieces are made exactly as entered and are final sale.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Care and warranty

Solid gold and diamonds are made to be lived in, but they are not indestructible. We will repair manufacturing defects free of charge within one year of purchase. Damage from wear, impact, chemicals or alteration by another jeweler is not covered, though we are always happy to quote a repair.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography and text on this site belong to Stephanie Moustakas Fine Jewelry and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that piece.
